It is important that you find the right support and the right person for you.

To help you make the decision about what is right for you, I offer a free initial phone consultation (up to 30 minutes). This phone call is a chance for us to think together about the difficulties you are experiencing, and what help may be right. It is a chance for you to ask me any questions you have to check whether I could be the right person to support you.

The NHS offers free and high quality psychological therapy for many difficulties - I can think with you about what may be available to you through the NHS in your local area. We can explore the most appropriate place for support with you during the initial phone call.
